Nowaday more and more people are concerned about their health. But how to keephealthy? Different people may give different anwer to thi quetion. In my opinion, it i eential to do the following. Firt, it i abolutely neceary to take ome exercie every day. Reearch how that getting plenty of exercie make the heart beat fater and the lung work harder. Thi trengthen the heart, reduce the chance of heart attack, and help lower blood preure. That why more and more people are becoming active in variou kind of port and exercie. Every morning many people get up early and take much exercie. Some practice hadowboxing and wordplay while other run, jog, walk or dance to muic. In the afternoon,there are alo many people keen on port. Some play baketball or volleyball or table tenni, other go in for gymnatic or track event. Through port and exercie, people become healthier and h2er. Medical reearcher have proved that what people eat affect their health. They advie people to eat more fruit and vegetable and le meat uch a beef and pork becaue meat contain more fat than poultry and fih. Fat can build up in the arterie, block the flow of blood, and caue a heart attack or troke. Getting rid of bad habit like moking and drinking alcohol i alo an important way to keep healthy. Smoking and drinking alcohol injure one health a great deal, and therefore hould be given up. Unfortunately few people follow thi advice. If people follow thee three way of keeping fit, they greatly improve their health.
